Icons of Tomorrow

Dubai Design Week 2025
Isola Space, LANA Promenade
Dubai, 2025

To celebrate the launch of Isola Space, a new hybrid format combining a design store, café, coworking area, and event venue under one roof, Isola organised a group exhibition called “Icons of Tomorrow”.

In 2025, Isola Design Group opens Isola Space, its first physical venue in Dubai at The Lana Promenade— a hybrid environment that reflects the multifaceted nature of the brand, bringing together a design store, café, co-working area, and event space.

Milan- and Dubai-based Isola Design Group provides visibility and opportunities to independent designers, design studios, and brands worldwide. The venture runs both Isola Design, the community platform featuring profiles, project portfolios, and direct messaging for the exchange of ideas, and the recently launched Isola Studio, a consultancy studio for future-thinking design brands and organizations.

“Icons of Tomorrow”, a group exhibition featuring a curated selection of products, collectible, and unique pieces by international designers who are shaping the future of contemporary design. The exhibition brings together creators from Mexico, Poland, Italy, South Korea, Belgium, and beyond.

“From Epoche Studio's side table made from a fossil framed in cast aluminum, merging an artifact once in motion with the stillness of cast metal, to Jinil Park’s Drawing Series — a chair, lamp, and side table that create a visual illusion, appearing as flat 2D drawings brought into three-dimensional reality. Aina Kari + Giovanni Botticelli Studio celebrate Venetian tradition with eclectic handmade glass vases and candleholders, while Studio Szkło plays with light and form in glasses that bend reality. Furthermore, the outdoors area hosts an installation featuring seating by Mexa, presented in collaboration with Alkimista, and cylindrical handmade planters by Pots and Pines. The exhibition, open to the public until December 6, is the centerpiece of Isola’s first launch event on November 4, marking the opening of Dubai Design Week 2025.” - Isola Design Group
