In Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Lythore and The Gallery presented Présences, an exhibition dedicated to contemporary collectible design, bringing together fourteen international designers around a selection of limited editions and unique works.
Présences explore the ability of objects to shape space through material, proportion, and formal precision. Rather than sharing a single aesthetic, the works are united by a common commitment to craftsmanship, materiality, and thoughtful execution.
Presented in a jewel-like setting, the exhibition brought the pieces into dialogue through contrasts, rhythm, and scale, allowing each work to assert its own identity while contributing to a carefully composed whole. More than functional objects, these works embody a lasting presence – inviting a way of collecting that values permanence, material quality, and enduring design.
